Countryside homestead in Alytus region near the lake Suvingis

It is a perfect place for those, who love privacy and calm rest, also - for family and friends gatherings and celebrations, fishing. Our 2,5ha homestead is hidden in the wood, near the Suvingis lake. Here you wil find a lot of space for calm rest, enjoy sauna and a large outdoor Japanese hot bath tub.
Three rooms apartment (6 sleeping places):
On the 1st floor: living-room with new furniture and kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dish washer, micro wave oven, safe). Outside - a wooden terrace with furniture.
On the 2nd floor: two bedrooms, balcony overviewing the lake.
There are WC and bathroom on the 1st and 2nd floors. 1st floor is convenient for disabled people. There is SAT TV (over 100 chanels in various languages). Floor heating.

On the 1st floor: living-room with kitchen, shower, WC. Outside - a wooden terrace with furniture.
On the 2nd floor: bedroom, bathroom, WC, balcony.
There is SAT TV (over 100 chanels in various languages). Floor heating.

Separate two room holiday house with sauna to the lake (6 bed places)
Price - 100 EUR per night
A sleeping place for 1 child under 5 years old - for free.
ABOUT THE HOMESTEAD:
Teritory is fenced, automatic gates.
There is a mini library in the homestead.
Distance from Vilnius - 80 km.; from Druskininkai - 50 km.; from Alytus - 20 km.
IN THE YARD:

- Fire wood and all equipement for baking food;

We accomodate guests with pets. The price is 5-10 EUR (depending on the dog breed, for two days).
Reservation fee - 20%
Apartment is booked after we receive reservation fee. If you decide not to come, reservation fee is nor refundable.
