House and VIlla Rent in Silute region on the bank of the river Minija.
For your choice: rooms (singles, double), house (for 9 persons). Also the whole homestead is for rent, that has up to 9 places to stay.
During your stay, you can order sauna, hot tub.
Indoors for your convenience: kitchen private, dishes, cutlery, wireless internet (wi-fi), tv, hair dryer, bedding, towels, washing machine, indoor swimming pool, banquet hall, baby's high chair and other amenities.
In the territory for your comfortable stay: gazebo, outdoor furniture, grill, car parking space, sun umbrellas, hammocks.
Those who like active entertainment can ride bicycles, rent a quad bike, fish in the river, enjoy archery, fish in the lagoon, fish in the water pond, row a boat, ride water bicycles, order kayak trip, rent a SUP board, rent a motorboat, rent a yacht, go picking mushrooms, berries, go hiking, try out the bike trails, take part in sightseeing tours.

Villa by the River is a spacious 300 sq m villa surrounded by the Svencelė swamps and the Klaipėda Canal, where you will feel the peace of nature and the morning songs of cranes. Here we offer a peaceful family or friends vacation in the countryside, without sacrificing comfort.
The villa has all the necessary amenities for your daily comfort and relaxation, we can accommodate 7 people. The villa also has a spacious kitchen with all household appliances, 4 separate bedrooms with 2 separate WCs with shower/bathtub. Spacious common areas where you can find a minute to yourself...
In the common areas you will find a home theater area with a sound system, as well as a Playstation 4, table tennis, table football, board games, and books.
Outdoor BBQ area with necessary tools, trampoline for children, sandbox, basketball court, hammocks, fruit garden.
For those who like to swim, there is a footbridge for swimming or fishing. We provide fishing equipment for amateurs.
For those who like to hike, 150m from the house you will reach the Svencelė swamp, where you will often meet fallow deer, elk, etc. residents. (Those who are afraid to travel alone can be accompanied by a hiking guide).

Homestead with sauna, outdoor large bathtub, banquet hall
The homestead surrounded by nature is a rustic log house in a meadow, with a pine forest visible from the spacious terrace, inside there is a sauna and a hall for parties with up to 30 seats, upstairs there are 2 separate rooms that can accommodate ~15 people, there is a large hot tub outside, and a pond dug nearby for swimming.

At the homestead, we guarantee unforgettable peace and relaxation, with no neighbors within a kilometer radius.
The homestead has a kitchen and all the necessary tools, a barbecue, a spacious terrace, hammocks, a volleyball court, a football field, a children's trampoline, swings for children, and a sandbox.
We offer banquets, buffets, hot and cold dishes, snacks, and one-bite snacks.
We cook breakfast, lunch and dinner - to order.
