"Spring homestead" is located in Ukmergė district. It is 80 km from Vilnius, 18 km from Ukmergė.

There are few streams and rivers flowing nearby.

The area of Žemaitkiem is characterized not only by the abundance of rivers and streams, but also by the abundance of lakes with a unique landscape.

There are two buildings on the territory of the homestead: a residential house and a ballroom with a sauna. Accommodation is available for up to 25 guests.

1st building. Residential house: 3 separate rooms, 1 living room (in one area with kitchen) with fireplace, WC with shower. Layout of the rooms: 2 rooms are on the second floor of the house, 2 rooms are on the first floor.

2nd building. Ballroom for up to 30 guests with kitchen, one bedroom.

In the homestead you will be able to use:
