House and VIlla Rent in Varena region 550 m to Lynas.

For your choice: holiday huts (for 10 persons, for 14 persons), houses (for 14 persons). Also the whole homestead is for rent, that has up to 26 places to stay and up to 36 places for celebration.

Staying here, you can order steam sauna, sauna, Turkish sauna, SPA services.

Indoors you will find: kitchen private, dishes, cutlery, wireless internet (wi-fi), tv, hair dryer, bedding, towels, indoor swimming pool (heated), indoor swimming pool and other amenities.

Outside for your convenience: gazebo, open gazebo, closed gazebo, outdoor furniture, grill, fireplace, car parking space, swimming pool (outdoor).

Lovers of active recreation can go on a bike trail trip, go picking mushrooms, berries, try out the bike trails.

Guests who are sport fans we invite to play volleyball on the lawn.

For children we offer to enjoy swings.

The house is designed for ~ 14 people.

On the ground floor: living room - hall 80 sq.m., kitchen 20 m2 (all utensils, fridge, teapot, stove), hot water, WC and more. Heated floor.

2nd floor:
4-bed room with toilet and shower.
2-bed room with toilet and shower.
8-bed apartment of two rooms: 6 sleeping places and 2 sleeping places. With separate toilet and shower.

On the second floor there are 14 sleeping places. All bedrooms have air-conditioners / heaters.

Guests can use the 8-seater steam bath.
Price for the whole time (unlimited access) - 80 Eur.

"WATER house" in a homestead complex. We are located in the village of Lynežeris.
The price of the house and SPA ON WORKING DAYS (for 10 guests) is 18 € per person or 4 nights from Monday to Friday - 720 €.
The price of a "Water house" (for 10 guests) on the weekend is € 720 for 2 nights.

Other "Water house" rental prices:

• 1 night on the weekend - 780 Eur
• 2 nights weekend - 880 Eur (Plan "weekend")
• 3 nights with a weekend - 1000 Eur
• 4 nights with a weekend - 1120 Eur
• 5 nights with a weekend - 1240 Eur
• 6 nights from Monday to Sunday - 1460 Eur

The house is most comfortable for about 10 guests.

On the ground floor: living room, kitchen (all utensils, fridge, teapot, hob), oven, hot water, shower, toilet and more. Heated floor.
Also on the ground floor: steam sauna, furnished sauna-hall, heated swimming pool with forest view, shower, WC.
Upstairs - 2 bedrooms (sleeping places for 4 and 6 guests). All bedrooms have air-conditioners-heaters.
