Villa is built and furnished in 2024. It is a two-story private villa, oriented towards family recreation.It is located in a quiet natural oasis, 800 meters from the public beach of Kliepšiai Lake.

Accommodation - up to 10 adults.

Privacy
The villa is a great choice for those who want to escape from the noise and confusion of the city. There are no roads or neighbors around.

A private pool of water excavated next to the villa provides an opportunity to enjoy water activities and outdoor recreation. In the pond, you can fish, swim or just enjoy the calm surface of the water.

An outdoor hot tub is for up to 8-10 people. For your rest and relaxation. Heats up in 3-4 hours, underwater currents, LED lighting.

Safety
There is a roadblock off the main road. Video cameras in the entire territory of the villa.

The villa is surrounded by a dense forest on three sides. Provides complete privacy and comfort.
