A stylish 60 m2 holiday cottage with an exclusive design, surrounded by a pond and a forest clearing, is designed to escape the noise of the city and enjoy the true beauty of nature.

For your comfortable stay in the cottage:

  • Dining and lounge area. In the warmly lit relaxation area you will find two comfortable armchairs with footstools, a coffee table, a stove for coziness and wood for starting a fire.
  • Modern, fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, smart fruit, salad and glass sink, blender, cutlery, crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine fridge. Drinking water is supplied from a 70 m deep well
  • Bedroom: comfortable double bed with a comfortable mattress
  • Bathroom with smart shower. Also towels, hairdryer, basic toiletries, slippers. If you wish, we can provide you with luxurious bathrobes during your stay (for an additional fee)
  • Lighted roofed terrace with outdoor furniture.
  • The house has heated floors.
  • Free wireless internet (Wi-Fi)
  • TV There is no television here, but there is an option to connect your device to the TV screen.

On the homestead – 1 ha of territory:

  • The homestead territory borders the Dabužiai Pond, where you can swim or paddle board (for an additional fee) and discover the five islands located there.
  • Private walkway to the pond
  • You can walk around the pond in an hour (5 km), and with your bike you can easily reach Kavarskas (7 km) or Anykščiai Regional Park (20 km).
  • Beach volleyball/beach tennis court (equipment will be provided for an additional fee)

Important information:

  • The Barn is a self-catering holiday homestead offering a natural experience and modern comfort.
  • The Barn cottage and grounds are not suitable for children. It is intended for a maximum of two adults (18 years and older) only.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • No smoking (including electronic smoking devices) in the premises
  • The area is monitored by video cameras.
