We are waiting for you at the homestead "AUŠROS SLĖNIS" on the shore of the beautiful Luokesai Lake.
We invite you to relax or go fishing with a boat.
The homestead is rented only for peaceful relaxation, to people who love the peace of nature.
The cottage can accommodate up to 4-6 guests. Children under 4 years old stay for free.
This is a private area where you can spend time in nature without other vacationers. The shore, pier, boat, house and grill area are for you only. The shallow shore by the pier is suitable for small children.
A loft-type house for rent on the shore of Lake Luokesai in Molėtai district.
Lake Luokesai is not only distinguished by its extremely clear water, but also by the secrets hidden at the bottom. Underwater archeologists have found the remains of Stone and Bronze Age polar settlements here. The shore of our lake near the pier is shallow, suitable for swimming for small children. The lake is rich in fish, characterized by a variety of fish. There are plenty of pike... We recommend fishing from a boat.
- The price includes: a four-seater plastic boat, barbecue, grill, skewers (firewood and charcoal are brought by guests themselves).
- The house is warm, it is equipped with a heat pump - air conditioner, and electric radiators.
- Hot water, shower, mosquito nets. Iron, steam iron, hair dryer. Towels provided - depending on the number of guests.
- Internet TV, Wi-Fi.
- Free parking space.
- Appliances: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric hob, electric kettle, Nescafe dolce gusto capsule coffee machine, all dishes. Kamado small barbecue.
- Drinking water is provided in 19l "Žalia giria" containers for cooking and drinking. You will always find oil, spices, tea, coffee, and sugar in the house.
The living room is connected to the kitchen. It contains:
- 1 double sofa bed 163x200cm, 2 beds on top: 80x200cm. They can be used as a double bed or as two separate ones. Sleeping armchair: 100x190cm.
- You need to bring your own bed linen (you can rent it, the price of the set is €5/person).
- Blanket dimensions: 6 pieces 135x200cm, 1 piece 200x220cm. 6 Pillows 50x70cm each.
- *Baby cot and high chair available upon request.
Entertainment:
- For leisure - a boat, hammocks, swings, badminton rackets, board games, loungers. A sandbox is available for children. A covered gazebo for cozy evenings.
- For your even better relaxation, we offer to rent an XL Jacuzzi tub, which is located on the lake shore with 7-color LED lighting. Rental price - €80 for up to 4 hours/per session.
- Sauna + hot tub for 100 € up to 4 hours / day. Hot tub + sauna for two days - 130 euros. Sauna for 2 days 50 euros. Sauna - sauna for one time - 30 €.
- Paddle boards - €20 per day for one. Two paddle boards - €30 per day.
Next to the homestead you will also find shopping centers, just 4 minutes away by car - Maxima, LIDL, market; self-service laundry Londris.
- The rental price of the cottage depends on the number of guests. The rental price is for up to 3 guests. Additional guest + 10 € per day.
- By separate agreement, you can bring your own small pet. A one-time fee of €20 per rental period applies.
- The homestead is rented for a minimum of 2 days.
- Arrival from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Departure from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- You need to bring your own bed linen (you can rent it - the price of the set is €5 per person).
- Guests bring their own firewood and charcoal for the barbecue/shish kebab. Firewood for the hot tub/sauna is included.
- A bundle of firewood for the barbecue - an additional €10.

! The reservation is confirmed only after receiving a €100 advance payment after booking, the remaining amount is paid in cash immediately upon arrival at the homestead. The deposit is non-refundable and included in the rental price.
