We invite you to relax in a quiet place by a beautiful lake without other vacationers nearby!
A house for rent on the shore of lake in Molėtai district. The lake is fishy, very clear water. Suitable for diving.
The house is rented only for a quiet vacation. Comfortable for 2-4 guests.
The price includes a plastic four-seater boat, barbecue, grill, spits (firewood, coal is brought by the guests themselves).
In the house: air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. There are all household appliances, dishes, dishwasher.
A large private area where you can spend time alone in nature without other guests.
You will also find a shopping center nearby.
For leisure activities - boat, hammocks, swings, badminton rackets, board games.
The house is equipped with mosquito nets, 1 double sofa-bed (163x200cm), 2 beds (80x200cm). They can be as a double bed or as two single beds. Sleeping armchair (100x190cm).
You need to bring your own bed linen (it is possible to rent it, the price of the set is 5 euros/per person). Blankets dimensions: 3 units 135x200cm, 2 units 200x220cm. Pillows 50x70cm each.
During the high season, the cottage is rented for at least 2 days.
We accept pets - by separate agreement. A one-time fee of 10 euros per animal is charged.
When renting for a longer period: discounts apply for 5 or more days.
Arrival from 3 p.m. Departure before 12 o'clock. Quiet time - from 10 pm to 8 am.
Rental price (for 2 guests):
June - September:
I-IV - 120 eur/ per day.
V-VII and public holidays - 150 EUR/ per day
October-May:
I-IV - 80eur/ per day
V-VII and public holidays - 90 EUR/ per day
Every additional guest +10eur / per day. Children up to 6years old - free of charge. Children 6 years and older - same price as adults.
