We invite you to relax or go fishing with a boat at the homestead on the shore of the beautiful Luokesai Lake.

The homestead is intended for quiet relaxation. No music is allowed. The cottage is not rented for parties.

This is a private area where you can spend time in nature without other vacationers. Discover peace and true relaxation with us!

The shore, pier, boat, house and grill area are for you only. The shallow shore by the pier is suitable for small children.

A loft-type house for rent on the shore of Lake Luokesai in Molėtai district.

Lake Luokesai is not only distinguished by its extremely clear water, but also by the secrets hidden at the bottom. Underwater archeologists have found the remains of Stone and Bronze Age polar settlements here. The shore of our lake near the pier is shallow, suitable for swimming for small children. The lake is rich in fish, characterized by a variety of fish. There are plenty of pike... We recommend fishing from a boat.

The holiday cottage is suitable for 2-5 guests. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests.

The price includes: a four-seater plastic boat, barbecue, grill, skewers (firewood and charcoal are brought by guests themselves).

The house is warm, it is equipped with a heat pump - air conditioner, and electric radiators.

Hot water, shower, mosquito nets. Iron, steam iron, hair dryer. Towels provided - depending on the number of guests.

Internet TV, WIFI.

Free parking space.

Household appliances: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, electric hob, electric kettle, Nescafe dolce gusto capsule coffee machine, all dishes.

Drinking water is provided in 19l "Žalia giria" containers for cooking and drinking. You will always find oil, spices, tea, coffee, and sugar in the house.

Next to the homestead you will also find shopping centers, just 4 minutes away by car - Maxima, LIDL, market; self-service laundry Londris, open 24 hours.

Good access to the homestead. Free parking.

For leisure - a boat, hammocks, swings, badminton rackets, board games, loungers. A sandbox is available for children. A covered gazebo for cozy evenings.

The living room is connected to the kitchen. It contains:

1 double sofa bed 163x200cm, 2 beds on top: 80x200cm. They can be used as a double bed or as two separate ones. Sleeping armchair: 100x190cm.

You need to bring your own bed linen (you can rent it, the price of the set is 5 euros/person).

Blanket dimensions: 4 pieces 135x200cm, 1 piece 200x220cm. 5 Pillows 50x70cm each.

*Baby cot and high chair available upon request.

We accept pets for an additional fee of 10-20eur (by separate agreement).

For your even better relaxation, we offer to rent an XL Jacuzzi tub, which is installed on the lake shore with 7-color LED lighting. Rental price - 80 eur for up to 4 hours. Sauna - sauna / 30 eur. Sauna + tub for 100 eur for up to 4 hours.

Paddle boards - 20 eur/day for one. Two paddle boards - 30 eur/day.

  • The price of renting a cottage depends on the number of guests.
  • The rental price is for up to 2 guests. Additional guest + 10€ per night. Children under 3 years old stay for free.
  • The homestead is rented for at least 2 days!!!
  • You need to bring your own bed linen (you can rent it - the price of the set is 5€ per person).
  • Guests bring their own firewood and coal.
  • A bundle of firewood for the barbecue costs an additional 10€.

! The reservation is confirmed only after receiving a €100 advance payment after booking, the remaining amount is paid in cash immediately upon arrival at the homestead. The deposit is non-refundable and included in the rental price.

Payment is required within 24 hours of ordering. Before making an advance payment, please read the internal rules.
