If you are looking for a quiet-family vacation right by the water, we offer accommodation in a double house "Simplis". You will find us in Zarasai district, Skeldai village, by the Antalieptė lagoon, about 34 km from Utena. Ideal for holidaymakers who like to be in nature, fishing. After crossing the other side of the lagoon you will be able to walk in the pine forests, watch the water birds on the islands (you will find as many as 75 of them).

There are 3 cottages in the family-owned area. Each has a private area with separate access, parking, a private pier and a beach. The cottages are ~ 70 meters away from each other. Only one cottage is for rent, so you will not meet other tenants around. During the summer, the hosts come to the homestead more often, so they will be happy to help resolve any issues that may arise.

About "Simplis"

2018 built as a guest house, 2021 renovated with all the necessary amenities.

35 sq. m. meters in size, studio type.

In the common area there is a double bed and a sofa bed (comfortable for up to 3 children). TV, wardrobe, dining table with chairs.
In the new kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils and utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer, an induction hob, a sandwich maker, a kettle, (salt, pepper and oil as well).
WC room with shower. Hair dryer.
There is unlimited Wi-Fi. Insect screens are placed on the windows and doors. During the colder season, a briquette-fired stove will heat up.
Terrace with table and chairs, rugs.
In the complex there are sunbeds, barbecue with grill, firewood. A 15 meter long pier.
The shore is shallow, suitable for small children.
Boating is free.

Homestead is available for a quiet rest.
