The new and cozy house in the wild near the forest is within 300 m. distance from its nearest neighbors. Ideal for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 

There is a large pond in the yard with a sandy beach, where you can also swim.

There are 3 separate bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom on the first floor in an open space (double bed). We can accommodate up to 8 people (counting together with children). 3 separate bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house. On the second floor, there is an open bedroom (loft type, ~15 sq/m).

Children are very welcome - we have toys and children’s books.

The kitchen is equipped for convenient cooking, all household appliances, dishwasher, dishes, etc.

Outside - a large patio with outdoor furniture and hammocks.

The villa has a modern heating system.

For an additional fee - access to sauna. Play outdoor tennis on the modern outdoor tennis court in the pine forest (play equipment is available).
