The homestead is located on the shore of Lake Ažvintis in Švedriškė, Ignalina district. It is a wonderful place to hold various parties, events, conferences, company parties, holidays (weddings, christenings, anniversaries), to have a peaceful and meaningful rest, to find privacy and to gain new strength in the closed area of the homestead.
This modern homestead, located on an area of more than 2ha, most of which is covered by forest, is exclusively for our guests. The territory is completely fenced, monitored by video cameras, no outsiders can enter it. This ensures maximum security and privacy. The homestead stands on a mini-peninsula, more than 250m long. There are gazebos and walking paths along the lake shore, so you will always be close to the water with amazing views.
The main building has cozy lounges (145 beds), 2 banquet-conference halls (for up to 60 and 180 persons), spacious terraces overlooking the lake.
Surrounded by a pine forest, there is sauna-house with a terrace on the shore of the lake. Next to the sauna, there is a large outdoor hot tub, a dock for boats, kayaks and pedal boats. There are also beaches, beach volleyball and basketball courts, and we have a mechanical rodeo bull. Bicycles can be rented for a ride around the area.
We have our own cafe, exclusively for our guests, where you can enjoy hot food from 9:00 to 22:00.
Attention - rooms can be rented separately, in smaller groups.
We also rent private campsites for those who want to spend the night in tents. There are gazebos, drinking water, barbecues, separate access to the lake, neat outdoor toilets.
It is possible to rent a mobile sauna, hot tub.
