The cottage has 3 rooms and 4 sleeping places for adults and 1 place for a child. The salon is connected to the kitchen, which has a fold-out sleeping corner, a dining table, a kitchen, household appliances. A separate bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a sleeping place for a child.
There is a terrace of about 40 sq. m with outdoor furniture near the cottage. A swimming pool has been built by the lake.
A boat and a barbecue can be used on the homestead. Firewood and fishing permits are included in the price.
Fishing is possible.
Minimum order - 2 days.

There are two holiday cottages on the homestead territory, one of them - with a sauna.
