A cozy cottage for rent on the shore of Lake Nečeskas, in a Regional Park.

Convenient access and easy to find area. 140 km from Vilnius, 170 km from Kaunas, 130 km from Panevėžys, 20 km from Zarasai, 40 km from Utena, 40 km from Daugavpils.

Homestead is located near the forest and bicycle paths.

On the ground floor of the cottage there is a lounge with a beautiful view of the lake, TV, kitchenette with all utensils, refrigerator, dining area, WC, shower, sauna, wireless internet (Wi-Fi).

On the second floor there are two rooms with 8 beds, an attic with 2 extra beds, a toilet.

We invite you to spend cozy evenings on the large terrace with outdoor furniture and a bridge directly to the lake. You can enjoy the tranquility of the lake right on the water (lake is in only 1 meter from the terrace).

The price also includes:

Bed linen;
Towels;
Barbecue;
Firewood;
Boat;
Fishing in a fishy lake (the lake is rented by the owners and fished every year).

The price of the cottage is negotiable.

The sauna is available for an additional cost.
