Surrounded by Starkonys and Medina forests, the country house "Tarp Liepų" (Among Linden Trees) is and located next to the picturesque river Šventoji beloved by canoeists.
We are always happy to share hospitality, show antiquities of ancestors kept in the country house we are proud of, which convey tranquility and good aura.
You may enjoy the tranquility of nature and have an interesting leisure. You will have a chance to walk the tracks of rebels of 1864, and enjoy the view of the unique little Inkūnai church. Villages resting in the depths of forests and an old little cemetery witness a long past of people who lived here.
The country house "Tarp Liepų" combines an ancient spirit and a modern comfort.
We are waiting for you all year round. And you are waited for by a good rest and meeting with a land rich in beautiful nature and cultural treasures.

House with a banquet hall and bedrooms
The living house of the grange "Tarp Liepų" has been built using organic building materials only. The house has five rooms accommodating 14-16 persons. The house has bathrooms, hot water and a kitchen the holiday makers may use. The fireplace-party room with a bar and an outdoor terrace is available for organizing parties. The outdoor terrace features a fireplace made of field rocks collected in the country house territory.
Banquets, conferences, seminars, catering services
There is a hall in the main house of the homestead for your events: feast, conference, seminar. We offer festive dishes for your guests. We also organize tourist group catering.
Villa with a sauna and bedrooms on the shore of a water pond
It is a log building located on the bank of the pond. The pond area is 0.5 ha. The relaxation building has a party room of 22 sq.m., a small kitchen, an anteroom, a steam sauna, two showers and a WC. Four cozy rooms with individual WCs are located on the second floor. They accommodate up to 14 persons (9 standard 6 foldaway sleeping places are available).
Holiday cottages for 2+1 persons "VIP Forest Dreams Villa"
Two new holiday houses for rent in picturesque place on the shore of the water pond, next to the forest.
In each house:
- Ground floor (35 m2): living room with TV and soft furnishings, wood-burning stove, kitchenette with dining room, bathroom with shower.
- Heated floor.
- On the second floor there is a bedroom.
- Wireless internet (Wi-Fi).
- Terrace with outdoor furniture and great views of the forest.
One of the holiday cottages has a hot tub in the terrace.
Campsite on the bank of the river
The recreation site is available for the country house guests on the left bank of the confluence of the Jara and Šventoji rivers (covering 160 m of the bank). The recreation site has 3 water accesses, small beaches for canoeists to land, two fire places, an arbour to shelter from rain and heat, a vast space for tents, 2 outdoor WCs, and a beach volleyball ground.
Entertainments
If you love pool, you may play a party of pool. Your evenings will fly unnoticed with chess, domino or a book from the small house library. You may also play tennis, mini football and volleyball at the country house. Children playgrounds are available featuring various swings.
You may enjoy the calmness of nature and ride bicycles to see beautiful landscapes.
A breathtaking town Svėdasai is located in 6 kilometers to Rokiškis direction. It is surrounded by Alaušas and Beragis lakes, where we can organize fishing and boating trips for you. If you love water sports, we may organize a canoeing trip over the river Šventoji for you.
