The country tourism seat „Elnio sapnas“ is located in Pakniškiai and Užtiltė villages, Zarasai district. The seat „Elnio sapnas“ is a wonderful place for the family rest in a quiet environment at a lake and at a forest.

It is just a brilliant possibility to stay in the shelter of the nature and observe red deer, sika deer, moufflons and fallow deer. At the lake, you can fish in the lake and in the pond and get a fish for lunch or dinner.

Description of houses:

  • 2 new houses at Lake Plavis, 4 double rooms in each, up to 8 persons can live in each house. There are WC, a shower, a TV, fireplaces and air conditioners.

  • 1 summer house on the bank of Plavis, 3 rooms for up to 7 persons (accommodation in summer only).There are WC, a shower, a TV, a fireplace and a summerhouse.

  • There is a completely furnished kitchen in each building and the guests can cook by themselves;

  • Sauna

  • Pond where you can get a fish for lunch or dinner 

  • Bicycle rent (3 units)​

You can also live in the territory of the menagerie:

  • Ieva’s menagerie and accommodation in the territory of the menagerie, in an individual wing next to the masters’ house, where you can admire the wild animals and just observe them through the seat windows, even from your bed. Number of rooms - 3; number of places - 5. There are WC, a shower and a TV.

  • Kitchen where the guest can cook by themselves;

  • Sauna in the wing;

  • Spacious, green yard.
