Сдается в аренду усадьба сельского туризма в Зарасайском районе.

Усадьба расположена в красивом лесу, между 3-мя озерами.

Нетронутый уголок дикой природы с рыбой, ягодами, грибами.

Очень приватный и спокойный.

Подходит для тихого, уютного, семейного отдыха.

Отдельностоящая усадьба - ближайшие соседи в 1 км.

Принимаем только одну группу отдыхающих – до 12 гостей.

Цена: от 140 до 240 евро.
В цену входят 2 лодки, разрешение на рыбалку.

На озере Залвас ведется лицензионный (ограниченный) лов рыбы. В озере ловят щуку и сома. Много леща. Есть угри. Стоимость разрешения на рыбалку на человека составляет 15 евро в день. Для отдыхающих разрешение на рыбалку не требует дополнительной оплаты и рыбалка включена в стоимость отдыха!
