Homestead for recreation and small family parties (for up to 20 persons) on the shore of a lake.

Log house:

  • 3 bedrooms (for up to 14 persons);
  • Large living room with fireplace and large glass windows overlooking the lake;
  • Kitchen with modern equipment, crockery and cutlery;
  • Shower, toilet;
  • Near the house: a terrace overlooking the lake, grill, swings.

Bathhouse on the shore of the lake:

  • A small cozy living room with a kitchenette;
  • On the second floor bedroom (for up to 6 persons);
  • Sauna;
  • Shower, toilet;
  • Terrace overlooking the lake.

You can hire a separate house or bathhouse or entire homestead with both houses.

Private territory contains:

  • Place for your cars;
  • Hot tub;
  • Outdoor furninute;
  • Pier to the lake with a bench;
  • Boat.

Prices:

  • Homestead - from 400 EUR;
  • Bathhouse (for up to 6 persons) - 200 EUR;
  • Hot tub - 80 EUR.

The rental price includes: bedding, towels, dishes, grill, firewood, boat.

Near the homestead:

  • Cafe - 2 km;
  • Molėtai city - 7 km;
  • The highest Lithuaniav Labanoras forest observation tower - 6 km;
  • Lakes Fishing Museum in Mindūnai - 6 km;
