Located in Utena district, the recreation and event homestead "5 STORIES" invites you to create one of the most beautiful stories of your life. A place where you will be greeted by the harmony of nature and its enchanting peace.
Surrounded by forest and lake, on the shore of Lake Klykiai, the recreation and event homestead "5 STORIES" will offer you a cozy and modern interior, a huge area of 2 hectares, aesthetics, the pleasures of a sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi and all the amenities.
The homestead is comfortable for up to 70 guests.
HOUSE PRICE DURING THE HIGH SEASON (05.01-09.30):

The homestead complex consists of 5 buildings, each of which has its own unique history:
1st Story
A holiday house is perfect for those who want to stay in peace and quiet. The house is furthest away from the main building of the homestead, in the woods, near the lake. The interior perfectly reflects the surrounding environment - a quiet gray color inside, creating a relaxing atmosphere and an oasis of tranquility. Spacious feeling inside the house is created by high ceilings.
The cottage is surrounded by a large and cozy illuminated terrace where you can read a book while swinging on a hammock or sitting in a comfortable sack, start a sunny day with breakfast in the open air or watch the sunset while enjoying the nature around you. For lovers of privacy and bathing, there is a private footbridge only for guests of this house by the lake.
This place is perfect for spending time with family or friends.

2nd Story
This house is closest to the lake shore, in the woods, near the volleyball court. Suitable for those who enjoy water activities and active leisure. The main feature of the house is a cozy illuminated huge terrace with a wonderful view of the lake for your cozy evenings.
This is the newest house in the homestead. Interior will be pleasing to those who love comfort and warm colors. Inside, the high ceilings that connect the floors of the home, create a sense of spaciousness. A great choice for an adventurous, swimming and sunbathing stay.

3rd Story
The house on the hill is designed for your personal celebration. 3rd and 4th houses are next to each other, so they are suitable for one larger company of friends or relatives. The spacious living room, cozy fireplace, kitchen, cozy bedrooms will make you feel at home.
Close friends, the music you love, a huge terrace with light bulbs, a dining table, and the surrounding nature - it is a great place to celebrate one of your most memorable birthdays.

4th Story
Holiday house is located on a hill - near the children's playground. It is perfect place for spending a weekend with your family. The house is designed for those who like the homestead atmosphere, which is created by the interior: lots of wood, cozy fireplace with bricks, rocking chair.
On the large terrace you will find a dining table and hammock, and lamps in the evenings will create a cozy environment.

5th Story
The main house of the homestead complex. This house has a modern classical hall for your celebration (140 sq. m.) and a large outdoor terrace surrounding the house, with LED lights in the evenings and even more cozy lighting on the walls of the cottage.
There is a lounge, bar and 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Modern interior, bright walls, cozy lighting - every detail is important to create a pleasant environment for everyone.
