"The Ranch" is located on a spacious territory of 9 hectares, which is clearly and thoughtfully divided into three separate recreation areas. In essence, these are three independent homesteads in one place, designed so that each group of vacationers can enjoy peace, privacy and their own space.

Each zone has:

- a separate building complex (a large house or a house with a sauna),
- its own pond,
- natural distances and landscape boundaries that ensure that vacationers do not see or hear each other.

The distances between the zones are chosen so that even if different companies are vacationing at the same time, maximum privacy is maintained - no common yard, no feeling of "everyone in one place".
