Homestead "Gerviu takas" is located in Trakai district, Gerviniai village.
Homestead "Gerviu takas" - is a 7 hectare large and comfortable grange. Near are five private stocked ponds. In homestead there are renovated authentic modern buildings - residential house, guest house and barn, which are suitable for entertainment and they are equipped with all modern amenities .
The whole house and party building is decorated with ethnographical elements. There was used natural materials - stone and wood, which are perfectly integrated into the natural beauty of nature.
In homestead "Gerviu takas" there are 4 separate houses (20-100 sq.m) with attic, all amenities, mini kitchens, fireplaces and hall for events up to 50 people. There is a separate romantic newlywed house, sauna and tub, repaired and landscaped homestead area, night lighting.

- Seperate holiday cottage - from 30 EUR per cottage per night.
- The whole homestead rental price depends on seasons, period of stay and number of guests.

The second house is situated near a pine forest ant has a traditional steam sauna.
The house is perfect for a group of friends up to 8 people, family vacation or romantic time for a couple.
