Homestead - recreation area "Spalių krantas", located on the shore of Lake Spalio, in the Molėtai district, just 39 km from the Vilnius city border.
The territory of the homestead is 1.16 hectares.
For your pleasant stay:
- Villa for up to 6-8 guests: living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms with two single beds that can be connected, 2 showers / WC, outdoor terrace;
- 4 cottage-type houses (3-4 guests). In each house: living room with kitchenette (fridge, electric stove, cabinets for food, kettle, pot, dishes and cutlery), bedroom, shower and WC, outdoor terrace.
- VIP cottage for 2-4 guests: living room with kitchenette (fridge, electric stove, cabinets for food, kettle, pot, dishes and cutlery), bedroom, shower and WC, outdoor terrace.
