Our holiday home is in a unique location. It is an oasis of nature and tranquility surrounded by vineyards, forest and water. From the terrace of the cottage you can enjoy a unique, indifferent natural landscape. Your rest here will not be disturbed by any noisy neighbors, you will be able to enjoy privacy and tranquility.
In the cottage: three bedrooms (quadruple, single and double), a shower, a spacious living room and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay (dishwasher, hob, fridge, oven, kettle, espresso machine) and a lounge area (TV, music center, Wi-Fi).
Outside you will find a spacious terrace, a barbecue area, a fireplace, as well as a private sandy beach and a modern tennis court (CONIPUR PRO CLAY ground cover, which can be played on even after heavy rain). The tennis court is free for guests of the homestead.
Fishing enthusiasts may enjoy fishing in the stocked ponds (or nearby lakes).
You can rent a sauna or outdoor hot tub for an extra charge:
