Near Klaipėda, in the Minija River Regional Park, the Provencal-style homestead "Brastadvaris" has opened its doors.

Located halfway between the cities of Klaipėda and Šilutė, in the cozy village of Lankupiai.

Two newly reconstructed buildings in Brastadvāris:

  • A large Provencal-style building with an area of 450 m 2 with a luxurious hall and lounges upstairs. The hall can comfortably accommodate up to 70 guests, it is equipped with a ventilation and air conditioning system, audio and video equipment.
  • A German-style house with an area of 350 m2 next to the main hall with a small hall for 25 seats, where you can have a great time celebrating small celebrations. It has lounges where you can relax without hearing the noise during large celebrations.

At the homestead "Brastadvaris" you will find 15 newly furnished cozy rooms with shower cabins, toilet, TV, mini bar, safe, which can accommodate up to 60 guests.

A glass outdoor gazebo where it's fun for relatives to get to know each other, chat, and enjoy a meal on a cool summer day while waiting for the newlyweds to return.

In Brastadvaris, you can not only hold a grand wedding or christening banquet, but also hold the ceremony itself at the foot of the Minija River bank or on a cozily furnished 200 m2 terrace.

The entire territory of the homestead is fenced, ensuring privacy during the holidays.

At night, the lighting of the entire territory is turned on, including the parking lot.
