Excellent homestead on the shore of Guostas lake in Prienai district "Ežeras Tau".
The homestead is located on a large territory of 3 ha, away from neighboring homesteads.
The homestead offers 2 separate holiday cottages: for up to 5 and 9 persons (+sauna for 6 guests).
The holiday cottage rooms, balcony and terraces have a great view of the lake!
In each holiday cottage:
- Terrace with outdoor furniture;
- Kitchen with dining table, all necessary utensils, dishes and cutlery;
- Living room with table and fireplace, TV and great lake views;
- On the second floor - bedrooms;
- Balcony on the second floor;
- Showers, WC;
- Bed linen, towels.
In the yard for your convenience:
- Bathhouse on the lake shore with a sitting room and billiards;
- Large gazebo with fireplace and lighting;
- Basketball court;
- Volleyball pitch on the spool;
- Swings and sandbox for children;
- Pier to the lake;
- Boat;
- Long shore of the lake is perfect for swimming - shallow by the shore, sandy bottom .;
