Homestead "Akmendvaris"

Up to 80 seat banquet hall, terrace for dancing, sauna on the lake shore, parking place, basketball, soccer and volleyball, comfortable bedrooms. All this will leave you unfading impressions  

We will decorate your party hall and create a welcoming atmosphere in the nature. Parties, conferences and seminars are organized in a spacious hall overlooking the lake Gilušis. Akmendvaris chefs take care of delicious food and pleasant service. "Akmendvaris" is a buy of nature, peace and love. Once you are here, you'll want to come back again and again.

Recreation area: 1.2 hectares.

Visitors are welcome throughout the year.

Price per person per night: 12 - 20 Eur.
Price per whole homestead per night: 500 - 1300 Eur.

We offer:

  • conferences', seminars' and banquets' halls (up to 100 guests);
  • stone terrace to the hall;
  • straw roof cozy arbor on the lake shore (outdoor fireplace, barbeque, grill).

Indoor and outdoor activities:

  • basketball, soccer, volleyball, mini-zoo (white peacocks, pheasants), table games for holidaymakers, place for bonfire.

Water activities:

  • Sauna house on the lake shore (60 EUR 3 hours);
  • Boats and water bikes (for our guests free of charge);
  • Fishing and swimming in the lake Gilušis
