The whole homestead is just for you, no neighbours!
A great place for a quiet vacation for a family or a small group of friends (can comfortably accommodate 6-10 guests, max up to 14 guests). Only 50 km from Kaunas or 60 km from Vilnius, in the Prienai district on the shore of Lake Bebrukas, a cozy, beautifully maintained homestead.
Private 1ha fully fenced territory: 0.6 ha of its own pine forest with strawberries and mushrooms and 0.4 ha of a recreation area, surrounded by forest on three sides, and a lake on the fourth side.
In the homestead you will find:
- a large footbridge to the lake;
- a boat;
- a children's play area (swings, climbing frames, sandbox);
- a cozy large gazebo completely on the shore of the lake;
- a barbecue area (barbecue, tandoor, smokehouse);
- an orchard;
- a volleyball court;
- a fireplace;
- a sauna building (for an additional fee).

On the ground floor of the main homestead house you will find:
- a terrace with a view of the lake (about 25 m to the lake)
- WC + shower, kitchen with all equipment and utensils, living room with TV, Wi-Fi and corner sofa bed (can be folded out, can sleep 2 guests).
On the second floor there is:
- living room with sofa and TV;
- 1st bedroom with double bed;
- 2nd bedroom with double bed and fold-out sofa bed;
- 3rd bedroom with double bed and cot.
The entire homestead is for one company only. The homestead is not rented for celebrations or noisy parties. Pets are subject to separate agreement. Minimum rental period - 2 days.
On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the daily price is 250 Eur, on weekdays - 150-200 Eur (bed linen included). Discounts apply for longer stays.
Arrival time from 16:00, departure until 12:00., if the homestead is not reserved, times may be arranged.
