Modern countryside tourism homestead “Sodyba Jums” is situated on a spectacular landscape, near lake called  – Neciunas. Our guest can just escape from urban noise and smoke. There is an excellent place to observe birds/ white stork, grey heron/. Near is situated the regional park of Aukstadvaris. The park contains about 80 lakes, burial grounds, villages, and designated recreational areas. Every year more and more people come to Aukstadvaris to rest and to admire the wonderful nature of the surroundings.
 
In homestead are excellent conditions for organizing corporate events, summer courses, children camps and training in nature’s lap.

ACCOMMODATION

Guests are accommodated in new wood houses with all facilities.

We offer:

  • house with banqueting- conference halls and fully equipped kitchen (el. cooker, microwave oven,4 fridge, water-boiling kettle and utensils, dishwasher, dishes for 80 people) on the ground floor and 4 bed rooms on the1st floor  (30 beds/ shower, WC are at each room/;
  • separate guest house with 7 bedrooms (28 beds; shower and WC are at each room )
  • bath-house and Japanese (tube)baths on the ground floor and 2 bed rooms on the 1 st floor (9 beds)/shower, WC and kitchen(el. cooker, fridge, microwave oven, el. kettle, dishes ).
