A cozy, luxuriously equipped homestead on the lake shore, in SUDERVE -15 km from the capital Vilnius.
On the first floor:
- kitchen;
- toilet and shower;
- room and banquet hall.
On the second floor - separate sleeping rooms.
There is a sauna, jacuzzi, large outdoor hot tub, two fireplaces. Volleyball and basketball courts. Area for children. TV, karaoke, music equipment. We also offer catering services.

Prices:
- Monday - thursday - 200 EUR per night for banquets, feasts;
