Countryside homestead Frankava is in Trakai district, near Aukštadvaris - convenient to reach not only from Vilnius, but also from Kaunas and Alytus.

We offer you a quiet holiday with family or friends, celebrate various occasions: relatives meetings, baptisms, birthdays, weddings, Christmas, New Year, etc.

Countryside homestead Frankava contitue to uphod and create the history of Tyszktewicz (Tiškevičių) estate manor on the cost of the lake Nečiūnai. The surroundings of Nečiūnai village are very hilly and green, rich of forests, so here you can feel the natural breahing of nature and ancient traditions, which are overlaping with the contemporary architecture of today's houses. To make your stay comfortable and relaxing, and  to creats just the most pleasant emotions during your special events, we seek for harmony between natural nature and and advantages of civilization. 

There are three houses with all the necessary equipment in the kitchen (dishes, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher), bathroom-toilet, furniture, fireplaces. Houses are additionally heated, so is ideal for all seasons. The rooms are spacious and bright. In all houses: balconies, terraces with garden furniture, place for barbecue, space for cars. Each cottage can accommodate different number of people (up to 12 people), so you can choose the most appropriate or rent the whole estate.

In the warm season we offer pavilion (8m length, width 5m) for celebrations on a wooden terrace overlooking the lake Neciunai. The pavillion can be open on a sunny and warm day, but closed and leakproof on a windy or rainy afternoon. If the weather is cool, we offer a hall on the ground floor with terraced window across the wall.

On the lake shore there is a sauna and a hot tub with bubbles (outdoor jacuzzi). There i a bridge from sauna, which leads to the lake, so in summer you can pleasantly refresh yourself by jumping into the lake. There is a boat for rent.

There is a playground for kids, basketball, badminton, volleyball, tennis field.

There is The devil's hole not far away (~9 km) and The little devil's hole. Our guests can ride a bike, visit Aukštadvaris mansion and mound, Strėva sinkhole and other places near by. We have prepared some routes with exact disctances and additional information. 

If you want to cellebrate your special event or just to enjoy some tasty food, we will recommend you the suplier, that we work with, also we can order some traditional chopped meat kybyns (Karaite pasty), by request we can offer some other tradicional meals.

We can accommodate up to 28 people (but it is possible to increase the number to of additional beds to 34, children, who do not need a separate bed, are not icluded to this number).

According to the Decision of Trakai District Municipality Council from 2017. 1 January. local fee required - EUR 0.6 for person per stay (not for children under 14 years) (http://www.trakai.lt/index.php?1466073271). Toll fee not included in the rental price.

We love nature and animals, but taking into account the comfort of all the holidaymakers, we can not accept guests with animals.
