Homestead for rent near Aukštadvaris, Trakai district. It is located 65 km from Vilnius and 88 km from Kaunas.
Homestead is in a quiet, remote area. There are no neighbors around, a very cozy and private place. Suitable for quiet rest and more active spending of time.
We offer a 2-story fully equipped sauna house with a terrace - about 70 sq.m.
On the first floor: sauna, shower, WC, mini kitchen, dishes, air conditioner, air-to-air heating, underfloor heating, refrigerator, electric stove, TV, Wi-Fi, music center, microwave oven, kettle, bed linen, towels.
Second floor: cozy bedroom with two double beds.
And a pull-out sofa bed on the first floor.
There is an outdoor large hot tub, two gazebos, swings, basketball, trampoline, volleyball, darts, barbecue (skewers), cauldron, firewood, kayaks.
Ponds for swimming and fishing.
Nearby: a forest, Samė and Verkne rivers. River Verkne is popular with kayakers due to its landscape.
We organize kayaking, pick up and drop off to the homestead.
While you swim, we can make a pilaf for dinner!
During the summer, we also rent area for tents. There is a gazebo (for 20 guests) to sit and have a meal (without an overnight stay).
Peaceful rest for a family or small group of guests.
The homestead is pet friendly.
Up to 6-7 people can rest comfortably in the house.
