The homestead is intended for a quiet vacation for several families. Rented for only one company of people at a time. 

The homestead has a periodic heating sauna, outdoor hot tub, boat, volleyball, beach tennis, soccer field, trampoline, billiards table, smart TV, internet connection, X-box console for children, board games, etc.

There are 5 bedrooms in the homestead (up to 12 guests).

COOKING FOOD

There are separate kitchens inside the premises and in the gazebo. All kitchen utensils and serving dishes are provided. Large barbecue, cauldron, tandoor, oven, microwave and hot air fryer, coffee machine. Dishwasher. Maxima store and city cafes ~3-4 km away.

LEISURE

Near the homestead there is a rope park along with an educational forest path, which is convenient for cycling. The forest park has a disc golf course:

You can also come to the homestead by bicycle from the Kaunas railway station - ltglink.lt/dviraciu-vezimas

And also there is a new asphalted bike path, built through the forest, to reach the spring in Višakis Rūda, best known for its healing properties, therefore considered sacred (11 km) -  lt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Višakio_Rūdos_šaltinėlis

PRICES OF SERVICES

- Daily price 200 EUR (rented for at least two nights).
- A one-time white bed linen fee of EUR 5 per person is charged.
- The price of  sauna is 80 EUR.
- The price of heating the hot tub is 60 EUR.

Arrival from 15.00, departure until 12.00.

DURING THE LOW SEASON, THE HOMESTEAD IS ALSO RENTED FOR ONE DAY!

• The price of one night is 400 eur (the price includes the heating of the sauna and hot tub).
