ABOUT THE HOMESTEAD
For an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year, don't miss the opportunity to visit us in Zarasai district, in Gražutė regional park, which is famous for the 19.11 km² Antalieptės lagoon with its 75 islands, peninsulas and bays. In the park, you will see a variety of flora and fauna that is almost untouched by man.
You can admire the landscape not only on foot, but also on bicycle routes.
Those who love water activities are invited to try water routes with boats, canoes, water bikes or kayaks, and fishermen will be able to enjoy the fishy water body.
We offer a wooden house with up to 10 sleeping places just 5 meters from the coast of the lagoon, for your quiet and cozy rest.
Distances: Kaunas - 175 km, Vilnius - 140 km, Panevėžys - 145 km.
INVENTORY
In the cottage:
- a fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator (with a freezer compartment), a hob, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, two coffee makers (for ground coffee and coffee beans), a dishwasher, cutlery, and other essential kitchen utensils;
- a living room with a fire place, a large wooden dining table and benches, a two-seater sofa;
- in the bathroom you will find toilet paper, towels, a toilet, a shower, a hairdryer, a towel dryer, a washing machine/dryer, a clothes/towel dryer, a washbasin with a mirror, cleaning supplies;
- a sauna with hot and cold water;
- on the second floor there is one room for up to eight sleeping places with bed linen, towel sets. It is possible to deliver a baby cot. The room has a TV, radio/CD player.
- for outdoors - rugs, LED candles, lamps;
- on the terrace you will find two armchairs and a table - to enjoy a beautiful view of the lagoon;
- wireless internet is available throughout the territory;
- heating/cooling system on both floors;
- insect screens on the windows;
- hot and cold water;
- private entrance to the cottage using keys;
- video cameras are installed for your safety;
- we recommend having water shoes;
- the cottage is only 5 meters from the lake shore with a footbridge.
PRICES
The accommodation price includes:
- private beach, footbridge;
- fireplace;
- large gazebo with fireplace and outdoor furniture;
- outdoor barbecue, stove, cauldron, large cast iron pan and several smaller pans, several sizes of cast iron boilers, grill, skewers;
- 2 bags of 40 liters of firewood;
- outdoor kitchen utensils;
- large wooden swing;
- sun loungers;
- plastic boat;
- volleyball set;
- badminton racket set;
- various board games;
- four-seater pedal boat;
- fishing (lake, river). Only for those with a fishing permit;

For an additional fee:
- Rental of double kayaks VISTA Wave Sport. Kayak rental price 40 Eur per day. The price includes kayak rental with all equipment (life jackets, airtight bags, maps, paddles);
- Motor (fishing) boat. From 150 EUR per day + fuel costs;
- Boat-catamaran. Sailing with a captain for up to 10 people on a catamaran - from 150 EUR;
- Electric boat engine and battery - 35 EUR per day;
- Sauna. Sauna heating - 85 EUR per day, second heating - 45 EUR;
- Outdoor large hot tub. Hot tub heating - 65 EUR, second heating without changing the water - 35 EUR;
- Disc golf. Rental price of bags and discs - 10 EUR per person per day;
- Pets. Those planning to come with a pet must notify us in advance and coordinate with the service provider. Price - 25 EUR per day;
- Additional firewood. You can purchase firewood from us on site or bring your own. A 40 ltr. bag costs 5 EUR;
- Life jackets for adults and children. Price - 5 EUR per day per unit;
- Paddleboard. Paddleboard rental with life jacket - 30 EUR per day;
- Guests. Those planning to invite guests must notify owners in advance and coordinate with the service provider. The price of accommodation for a guest is 40 EUR per day;
- Linen change. For those who wish to have linen change service, linen change for one bed is 5 EUR.
Price per day - from 150 EUR to 250 EUR (depending on the number of guests).
Minimum stay - two days.
A damage deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival. The deposit must be paid in cash. You will receive the deposit within 7 calendar days of check-out. The entire deposit will be returned by bank transfer after inspecting the accommodation environment.
REGISTRATION
- There is no minimum age requirement for check-in.
- Only the number of people allowed in the homestead can be agreed upon. If visitors have guests, they must inform the homestead owners about this.
- Upon arrival, guests must immediately pay the full rental price. The same applies to ordering additional paid homestead services.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas and cigarette butts must be thrown only into designated containers.
- Always use electrical appliances in accordance with safety requirements. Do not allow children to use them. Do not leave electrical appliances unattended.
- Fires may only be lit in designated areas on the homestead. Do not leave fires unattended, extinguish them before leaving the fire pit. Existing stoves, barbecues and fire pits may only be lit with the permission of a homestead owners and after receiving instructions.
- Act in a manner that does not endanger the health, life, or property of yourself or other guests.
- Parents or guardians must ensure the safety of children. Children may only go boating, swimming, pedal boating, and fishing with adults and wearing life jackets.
- Pets are allowed (for an additional fee). Guests who bring a pet must ensure that it does not disturb other guests, does not lie or sit on furniture, and does not pollute the homestead territory. Those planning to arrive with a pet must notify the service provider in advance and coordinate with the service provider.
- Guests are not allowed to carry or move the homestead inventory, furniture and other items to other places without the permission of the homestead owners.
Always free parking spaces.
Uncoordinated events or parties are not allowed in the homestead. Quiet time - from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
