We invite you to a cozy homestead in Laukininkai, Varėna district, where peace and natural beauty pulsate in harmony.
At your service is a unique, lovingly created 2.5ha space with the shore of Lake Ilgis, a spring, streams, a 100-year-old pine forest, colorful flower beds, fragrant with grass flowers and moss, with breathtaking views of the lake, where there will be no other vacationers - only YOU... This is a homestead for those who long for silence and the sacredness of untouched nature, healing not only the body, but also the soul...
Surrounded by forests, you will be able to enjoy a private beach, with a footbridge to a huge lake, and relaxation in a sauna.
HOLIDAY HOUSE with all amenities:
- 8 sleeping places (1 double bed + 2 double mezzanines + sofa/bed)
- Price: 150 eur/night (Price applies to 4 guests, each additional guest +15 eur/person)
The rental price of the house includes:
- Bed linen;
- Towels;
- Kitchen with necessary dishes, utensils;
- All household appliances (tea maker, hob, fridge, oven);
- Air conditioning;
- Terrace with outdoor furniture;
- 2.5 ha area with forest, lake shore, benches, plants and flower beds;
- Barbecue with firewood;
- A pier on the lake shore (suitable for fishing);
- Well with drinking water;
- Spring with drinking water;
- Parking space;
Additionally offered:
- SAUNA (60 € / day) includes towels, teapot with homemade mint tea, shower, wood-fired sauna, barbecue with firewood.
- BOAT (20 € / day)
The hostess lives on the adjacent plot, so she will help if needed.
