Homestead with a heated swimming pool for a peaceful holiday by Lake Rubikiai - "Terpežeris".
"Granary" is one building with two separate entrances (two separate cottage-type apartments):
Granary No. 1 - two-story, on the second floor - double and single beds, on the first floor - sofa bed, WC, shower, mini-kitchenette with fridge, hob, kettle, capsule coffee machine. Can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Granary No. 2 - two-story, on the second floor - double and single beds, on the first floor - sofa bed, WC, shower, mini-kitchenette with hob, kettle, capsule coffee machine. Can accommodate up to 5 guests.
The House is two-storey, on the second floor there are three bedrooms (two quadruple rooms with double beds, one six-person room with two double beds and two single beds), on the first floor there is also a double sofa bed, two single beds, WC, shower, kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, kettle, capsule coffee machine. It can accommodate up to 14 guests.
PRICE
Granary No. 1 or Granary No. 2 (up to 5 guests) - daily price 120-150 Eur. When booking both sides of the granary, a discount is applied.
House (up to 14 guests) - daily price 350-400 Eur.
Daily price of the entire homestead - 600 Eur.
The price depends on the number of people and the length of stay.
There are two rented houses and one house of the homestead owners on the territory of the homestead.
Right next to the house there is a heated swimming pool (free of charge), electric jacuzzi (50 Eur/3 hours).
There is a sauna (50 Eur/3 hours) and an outdoor large hot tub (70 Eur/3 hours) by the lake.
The territory has a volleyball court, beach tennis court, basketball, swings, boat, pedal boat, paddle boards, barbecue grills, gazebos - all these things are included in the price of the accommodation!
