Apartment amenities (apartent plan - see the scheme):

  • The apartment is comfortable for up to 4 persons.
  • The apartment has a lobby, a kitchen, a large "King-size" double bed (1600 X 2100), a pull-out sofa (1400 x 2100), comfortable chairs and a vintage pull-out dining table.
  • In the lobby there is a large wall-mounted wardrobe with a mirror for clothes, shoes, towels and other guest needs.
  • The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven, built-in sink, electric cooker and washing machine, fridge with small freezer, tableware set for 6, knives, forks and spoons, dishwashing and kitchen cleaning products .
  • The dining/living room has a folding sofa (comfortable to sleep one adult or two children), dining table and chairs. A wide screen TV is mounted on the wall (most Home3 satellite TV channels are visible).
  • The bathroom has a toilet and a shower cabin where you can also sit while showering, a wall and floor cabinet with a built-in sink, exhaust ventilation with a humidity sensor, a hair dryer, and an electric wall heater. Soap and toilet paper and towels are provided.
  • Guest-controlled electric heating and ultra-quiet ducted outdoor air supply ventilation; air is supplied through the plafonds in the ceiling. Room air humidity and temperature are maintained by a guest-controlled wall-mounted air conditioner (heat pump).

  • Luggage storage.
  • Cleaning services: premises are cleaned every 3 days for free; at other times, the rooms are cleaned by the guests themselves.

In the yard:

  • Terrace and outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, pool terrace with furniture.
  • The professional fixed height adjustable basketball stand is in the outdoor court with a fixed waterproof, anti-slip and anti-static vinyl coating.
  • Professional grass volleyball net (natural grass floor).
  • The children's playground is covered with a special permanent waterproof, anti-slip and anti-static vinyl coating that meets EU safety requirements for children's playgrounds. It has outdoor play equipment including but not limited to bounce houses, a slide, swings and a sandbox.
  • Picnic area, barbecue and smokehouse.
  • Private beach.
  • Hiking, fishing, boating.

Beach, boating, fishing

  • The beach of the lake and the bottom of the lake are sandy, a 10 m wide and 110 m long lake strip for bathing and swimming is bordered on the sides by buoy strips. The depth increases very slowly, most of it shallow enough to be suitable for children.
  • A hand-operated pontoon raft is parked at a dock on the waterfront with a picnic area. The raft is 9 m long and 2 m wide. It floats up to 110 m from the shore. Good swimmers and those who use safety wearables can get off the raft and swim in the deeper areas of the lake, and get on the raft using the stationary ladders on the side of the raft. The pontoon is a great platform for fishing enthusiasts as well as diving enthusiasts.
  • Guests have free 24-hour use of a 5-seater plastic boat with paddles and/or engine (electric or gasoline; gasoline must be purchased).
  • From the shore, there is excellent access to the bay's fishing spots. The hosts will be happy to share tips on fishing spots and other useful information.

Swimming pool:

  • Heated outdoor pool (9 X 2.7 m, depth 1.5 m), terrace, sun umbrella, 4 sunbeds or beach chairs, 4 pool/beach towels.
  • The pool is open daily from June 15 to September 15, daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Children under 14 cannot use the pool without adult supervision.
  • The pool is surrounded by a protective fence to ensure the safety of small children.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety when swimming in the pool and lake.

Sauna:

  • A separate wooden house in the yard has a sauna heated by a wood stove for 3 adults.
  • There is a toilet and a shower.
  • Steam can be created by slowly pouring a little water on heated stones.
  • The heating room has a modern ventilation system. Other rooms are equipped with fire-fighting and intruder detection equipment/alarms, ducted room ventilation.
  • In the sitting room there is a mini kitchen and a table with 3 chairs.

Safety and security:

  • The premises have a smoke and carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher and kitchen fire blankets.
  • There is 24-hour remote outdoor video surveillance (CCTV) and communication with a mobile local security company is maintained.
  • The boat is equipped with flotation life jackets for 5 adults, 3 children and 1 baby.

Discounts for renting apartments:

  • 5% discount for stays of more than 7 nights.
  • 15% discount for renting apartments for a month.

HOUSE RULES:

  • Check-in is from 15:00
  • Check-out by 11:00
  • Pets are not allowed in the house. With prior arrangement, they can have a fenced area outside. You can only walk with a leash.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the premises. There are designated smoking areas outside.
  • Guests must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00.
  • Deposit - 200 euros. It can be used to cover damage caused by a guest
