A unique homestead in a very private area (no neighbours) - perfect for your holidays, relaxation and fishing.
You will find it near Molėtai (4 kilometers from Ukmergė, about 60 kilometers from Vilnius), by a small Dvilypys lake, surrounded by a forest and hills. The entire territory is private, surrounded by a fence.
In the homestead you will find a boat, a water bike, a parking lot, lake bridge with ladders to go to the lake, a volleyball court.
“Dvilypys valley” offers you great rest, relaxation, a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, peace, fishing and privacy.
VILLA
The villa complex consists of a banquet - conference hall, a SPA center (baths, jacuzzi) and guest rooms. The villa is located in the homestead territory, next to a quiet forest. The hall is comfortable for 100 guests, the entire homestead can accommodate up to 82 guests for over night stay.
There is a convenient and large parking lot next to the villa.
On the first floor of the building you will find a banquet and conference hall with glass windows through which you can see wonderful views of nature. From the hall you can access the terrace, where you can enjoy fresh air, a view of nature. It is a great place to relax, chat and enjoy the greenery.
On the second floor there are 8 neat and modern rooms for guest accommodation with separate bathrooms. The idea to come up with names for each of them came after looking at the book collection accumulated at home. So, this is how the names were born: "Butterfly Fortress", "Chocolate", "Time Machine", "Time Wheel", "Thorn Birds", "Milkweed Wine", "Wind in the Willows", "Forest Tale".
The SPA center area is equipped with a jacuzzi, 2 types of saunas (sauna and Turkish bath), showers, changing rooms, WC.
ACCOMMODATION

FISHERMAN'S COTTAGE
This cottage is built on stilts in the water. The cottage has 4 sleeping places, a mini-kitchen (fridge, electric stove, kettle, dishes), TV, fireplace - oven, towels, bed linen.
On the terrace, which belongs to this cottage, you can not only enjoy a delicious breakfast, coffee, breathe fresh air and admire nature, but also refresh yourself by swimming in the lake and catching fresh fish, which you can cook right there.
For your convenience, next to the cottage you will find a parking lot, WC (water flushed), sink, barbecue, firewood (for an additional fee).
FAMILY HOUSE I
This house is built on a hill, from which you will descend to the lake along a winding forest path. Here you will find 3 sleeping places, WC, shower, mini-kitchenette, bed linen, towels, fireplace - stove, air conditioning, TV, dishes, barbecue.
From the terrace you will see impressive views of nature, you will have privacy and peace from other guests. This house also has a separate parking lot. There is an opportunity to rent a boat, a pedal boat.
The family house is a great option for both - family and romantic vacations for two people.
FAMILY HOUSE II
In this house you will find 5 sleeping places, WC, shower, mini-kitchenette, bed linen, towels, fireplace - stove, TV, dishes, barbecue. The house is surrounded by nature, the beauty of which you can enjoy from the terrace. Here you can cook the most delicious barbecues, and if you want to be by the lake, you just have to go down the forest path. The cottage has a separate parking lot. There is an opportunity to rent a boat or a water bike.
If you need a quiet and private rest, this place is just for you!
GUEST HOUSE
This is a comfortable, 5-bed cottage with separate rooms and amenities. You will find everything you need for a quiet and comfortable rest. The cottage is located away from the main recreation area, next to the villa. Inside there is a toilet and shower, a mini-kitchenette, TV, towels, bed linen. The cottage has a separate outdoor barbecue.
Bathhouse
This is a great Lithuanian bathhouse on the shore of the lake for your pampering and relaxation after daily work. The bathhouse has a toilet, shower and sink. On the second floor of the sauna there are 4 sleeping places (2+1+1).
On the first floor there is a bedroom for two.
In the anteroom you will find a TV, a mini-kitchen (fridge, electric stove, kettle, dishes). Through the large window you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. Outside there is a large terrace with views of the lake. Towels and bed linen are included in the rental price.
After the sauna you can cool off by swimming in the lake. There is a bridge with a table and benches and a ladder for descending into the water.
