A cottage in the village of Šeimyniškės, Utena district, by one of the most beautiful and cleanest lakes, about 15 km. from Utena. Accommodation for up to 6 guests, but the most comfortable rest - for a couple or family.

Cottage. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and sauna, WC with shower. On the second floor - a sleeping area, a double bed and four single beds. Insect nets are placed on the windows.
In the house you will find all the necessary dishes and utensils, a refrigerator, a stove, a kettle, bed linen and towels, a hairdryer, and blankets to throw over your shoulders on the terrace in the evening.
Attention! There are no mosquitoes at all in the summer. Resting outdoors is quiet all evening.
A spacious terrace is outside. There is a hot tub with lighting and a relaxing hydromassage for romantic relaxation.
On the territory: swings, a barbecue with skewers, a grill and firewood.
Boating, board games, books.
There is a lake bridge from which you can swim.
Arrival from 3 p.m., departure by 12 a.m.
Vacationers are welcome for a quiet rest and family celebrations!
We accept pets by prior arrangement.
You can come with small, well-behaved pets. One-time pet fee - 15 eur
- Please notify us in advance about your arrival with a pet.
- The pet must have its own place to keep and sleep - a cage, a special basket, etc.
- Owners must ensure that pets do not make noise and do not disturb residents of the area;
- The dog must be walked on a leash and, if necessary, with a halter;
- The pet owner must compensate for all expenses related to the damage caused by his pet to human health, life, homestead property and inventory, in accordance with the procedure established by law;
- After the pet has finished its natural affairs, its owner must ensure cleanliness and order in the house and on the homestead territory.
