"Vila Paradise" - countryside tourism homestead for rent in Smalva village, in Lithuania

"Paradise Bay" is a homestead located in Gražutė Regional Park, Smalva Nature Reserve. A wooded, secluded area on the shore of Lake Smalvu is a great place for quiet family vacations, family reunions, or for those who just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and admire the beautiful nature.
In the large and private area of the homestead, there are 3 holiday houses with terraces:
- Main house "Paradise" (2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a double and a single bed), kitchenette, WC, large outdoor terrace with gazebo, mosquito nets).
- Smaller house "Heaven" (2 separate spaces with private entrances, in each space - a double bed and a single sofa - bed, as well as mini-kitchenettes, WC and terraces).
- Sauna house (wood-burning sauna, shower, double sofa bed in common area (possible to stay overnight), terrace).
In total - 4 bedrooms, the number of sleeping places - 20.
Homestead is rented for one company of guests at the time (no other guests)!!!
Entertainment at the homestead:
- Wood sauna;
- Private lake shore (swimming, sunbathing, fishing, boating);
- Fire pit, grill, gazebo;
- Trampoline;
- Basketball;
- Mushroom picking/berry picking.
Arrival:
Arrival from 14:00 and departure - until 12:00.
Earlier arrival and later departure are possible, but must be arranged in advance.
We rent the homestead for 2 nights minimum.
We promise our guests complete privacy, peace and a great time surrounded by nature.
