“Paradise Bay” – Villa located in Gražutė Regional Park, Smalvas Nature Reserve. A wooded, secluded area on the shore of Lake Smalvas – this is a great place for a quiet family vacation, family reunions or just for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and admire the beautiful nature.
The large and private territory of the Villa has 3 holiday homes with terraces:

  • Main house "Paradise" - 2 rooms (one with a double bed, 3 single beds, the other with a double and a single bed), kitchen, WC, shower, large outdoor terrace with a gazebo, mosquito nets).
  • Cabins "Heaven" and "Cloud 9" (2 separate rooms with private entrances, each space has a double bed and a double sofa bed, as well as mini-kitchenettes, WC, shower and terraces).
  • Sauna house (wood-fired sauna, shower, 2 double sofa beds, terrace).

There are 5 bedrooms in total, with a total of 20 beds.

The villa is rented to only one company at a time!

  • Wood-burning sauna;
  • Private lake shore (lake, beach for the little ones, fishing)
  • 3 boats with electric motors
  • Fireplace, grill, gazebo

Important information:

  • Arrival from 2 pm, and departure until 12 noon.
  • (Earlier arrival and later departure are possible, but must be arranged personally).
  • The villa is rented for a minimum of 2 nights.
