A completely newly furnished villa with a sauna is located in the national reserve, surrounded by forest. There is a completely newly furnished villa with a sauna for cozy celebrations, corporate events or family recreation, just 12 km from the center of Panevėžys.

* The environment of the villa is arranged so that up to 30 of your guests will feel comfortable here.
* 4 spacious bedrooms with 20 beds are prepared for your rest.
* Spacious banquet hall and ample space for events and dancing. Up to 30 guests can sit in comfortable and soft chairs at the table.
* The sauna is perfectly comfortable for 6 people at a time. Up to 10 guests will feel good enough in sauna.
* The terrace is for 10 or more people.
* We have installed a modern fireplace next door, where up to 30 of your guests may enjoy warming up by the fire.
* The parking spaces for up to 12 cars.
* Maintained and nurtured environment.
* Tracks and flower beds.
* The roar of the pine forest and the chirping of various birds.
* Your events - in the fresh forest air.

You may order a sauna-house as a separate service. In both winter and summer, you will find a pond for bathing after the sauna. In addition, you can book the required number of bedrooms.

There is a real traditional country oven, where you can bake authentic pizzas, steaks and stews. For your convenience, we have additionally installed an electric hob. You will find all the utensils and tools needed for making meals.

During the summer harvest, our garden full of fruits, berries and spices is at your service :).
