Homestead SVAYOS is an unforgettable relaxation oasis near Zarasai, on the shore of Lake Laukesas, in a very picturesque, remote and quiet place.
SVAYOS is a new homestead with an area of 1.5 ha, which is rented all year round.
It is an excellent choice for vacations of 1-2 families or small family celebrations – up to 8 persons.
The homestead is rented to only one company, so privacy and peaceful rest are guaranteed.
The homestead consists of:
- Villa (70 m2): spacious living room with soft furniture, TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed, the other with 2 double beds), shower, WC, terrace (30 m2) with outdoor furniture.
The living room, bedrooms and terrace have a great view of the lake.
The villa has air conditioning, wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available. - Sauna house on the shore of the lake: sitting room, kitchenette, sauna, shower, WC, terrace with outdoor furniture
- Hot tub with massage water jets
