The territory of the homestead is fenced, and the parking lot ensures a comfortable and safe arrival. Here you will be greeted by meadows surrounded by birch trees, the fragrant aroma of freshly cut grass and the lake looming outside the windows.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation and homestead amenities.
For your convenience, we offer:
- A log cabin with 10 sleeping places (5 double beds + 2 cots for children).
The living room is combined with a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find: electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, dishes and utensils.
On the second floor:
- Separate bedroom with double bed;
- Spacious room with 4 double beds;
- Bedrooms are equipped with bed linen and towels;
- The house is also equipped with air conditioners on each floor, TV, free Wi-Fi;
- Bathroom: shower, toilet, hot water, hairdryer, toiletries.
Additional amenities of the homestead:
- Gazebo with outdoor furniture - a great place for cozy sitting in nature.
- Sauna with terrace (for an additional fee).
- Outdoor hot tub with a whirlpool and LED lighting (for an additional fee).
- Private 20-acre pond with a footbridge, sun loungers and the opportunity to fish.
- Lake shore with private beach and footbridge (available when renting the entire homestead).
- Boat for water activities (for an additional fee).

Payment information
Reservation confirmation: the reservation becomes effective after a 30% advance payment.
Payment: the reservation fee is transferred by bank transfer. Make the payment immediately after the agreement.
Cancellation conditions:
Free cancellation is possible at least 14 days before arrival.
If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before arrival, the reservation fee is not refunded.
Settlement on site: the remaining amount is paid in cash upon arrival.
Deposit: upon arrival, we ask you to pay a deposit of 100€, which is returned after the stay, if the homestead rules are followed.
Important information: if the stay is shortened, the money is not refunded.
