The homestead has:
- Spacious parking lot right next to the farmhouse.
- Accomodation for 28 people: 1 room double suite with separate shower and wc. 4 rooms for five people. 2 triple rooms. There are 4 toilets and 4 showers in total.
- The banquet hall accommodates a company of 30 people.
- The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious snacks. Along with the kitchen you will find a living room with a fireplace.
- Multifunctional grill.
The rural homestead is located in a remote location, surrounded by natural nature and hills. The well-kept garden and flower beds enchant with their beauty. A wooden footpath surrounds the pond and invites you to take a walk. Hidden among the reeds, pontoon bridge allow you to sit romantically on the shore of the lake and admire sunset.
- A children's playground a little away from the house on a hill invites the little ones to swing or build a sandcastle.
- The spacious residence house will accommodate 28 people, and the ballroom, decorated with crystal chandeliers, can accommodate up to 40 people.
- A comfortable sauna with a wide window overlooking the pond and a jadeite stone stove will relax you from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to its chemical composition, jadeite is used to improve health, namely by heating the stones and pouring water on them. Jadeite does not contain harmful elements that are often found in stones commonly used in saunas.
- A hot tub on the terrace will relieve stress and rejuvenate the body. Warming up in a hot tub is both healthy and pleasant.
- The sauna vestibule has a shower with a tub of ice water and a changing room.
- Steps from the house lead to the pond. Here you can sit down and enjoy sunbathing.
- Huge outdoor terraces will tempt all guests to stop at the 10-meter long bar and enjoy fun company in a bautiful nature
- Multifunctional grill where you can cook pizza, barbecue and even make pilaf in a cauldron.
