The homestead is located in Raseiniai district, Alaviniškės village, Viduklė eldership.
The homestead is surrounded by nature, a quiet place with plenty of outdoor space will allow you to distance yourself from the hustle and bustle of the city.
A 70 sq.m. banquet hall and 12 beds are available for your birthday, christening, conference, other celebration or event.
The homestead is perfect for christenings, birthday parties, conferences and seminars, corporate and organizational events, sports camps.
Pre-ordered catering services are available.
The homestead is especially suitable for sports, health and other camps - 200 m from the renovated school stadium, basketball huts, 8 km from Lake Sujainiai, in the yard of the homestead - a large, well-kept pond. There is a volleyball court in the territory of the homestead. Next to the cognitive Jūkainiai reactive pathway. A few kilometers away - paintball entertainment (our partners).
You can also enjoy a hot sauna in the homestead. The sauna is comfortable for up to 10 people.
The large area of the homestead allows camping with tents and campers.
On the ground floor of the homestead: spacious hall, spacious outdoor terrace, kitchen with equipment, bar, WC, showers.
On the second floor: two six-bed bedrooms with a private balcony.
Accommodation is comfortable for up to 12 guests at a time and up to 30 guests to celebrate in the hall.
