"E&M" homestead is located 17km from Utena, on the shore of the lake. It is a very calm place for those, who are tired from the routine of the city life. It is a perfect place for family holiday.
Here you will find: sauna, arbor, place for barbecue, basketball, football fields, playground for kids, a trampoline, boat for rent, water bicycle and other entertainment.
About the house:
- Cozy houze with sauna;
- On the ground floor: sauna, shower, WC;
- On the 1st floor: living room with a fire-place, kitchen with all equipment, large TV set.
- On the 2nd floor: two bedrooms;
- Here you will find all amenities: soap, shampoo, hair dryer, towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi...
- House is cozy and warm in winter as well;
