"Alone on the shore" is located in Utena district, in the village of Lukniai, by the lake Luknas, about 8 km from Utena.
 
Cottage - 24 sq. M. meters in size on the first floor, on the second floor - 16 sq. m. m. open attic.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a smart TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a toilet room with a shower.
There are two double mattresses in the open attic on the second floor.
Insect screens are placed on the windows.
There is unlimited Wi-Fi.
 
The cottage has underfloor heating if you would like to arrive during the colder season.
 
We accept up to 5 guests. It is most convenient for a couple or family of 4-5 guests.
 
We do not allow pets!
 
In the cottage you will find all the necessary utensils and equpment: refrigerator, hob, oven, sandwich maker, kettle. Also: cotton bed linen and towels, hair dryer, blankets to put on the terrace on the shoulders in the evening.
 
The terrace is spacious - about 40 sq.m. size with dining table, hanging chair. There are 2 sun loungers.
 
There is garden furniture, swing, basketball stand, barbecue with grill, firewood.
 
Boating - FREE OF CHARGE.
 
There is a pier on the lake from which you can go swimming, fishing.
 
2 paddles (SUPs) can be rented at an additional cost.
 
The territory of the homestead is about 1.8 ha, the cottage is the only one in the territory so far, so you will meet your neighbors very rarely.
 
Arrival: from 3 pm.
Departure: until 11 am.
 
Holidaymakers are welcome for a quiet rest, not for the wild celebrations!
