- Homestead IS EQUIPED with banquet hall that can accommodate up to 50 people. Large tables can be exhibited according to your needs. The environment can be decorated with various decorations to correspond your celebration theme. The spacious hall has plenty of room for dancing and there is entrance to the cozy terrace where beautiful view of the countryside opens wide.

“Dream Manor” hosts cozy, beautiful, family weddings. This is a great place to celebrate your love celebration. We will make sure that your guests are full and satisfied. The homestead environment is romantic and cozy, so if you dream of a beautiful celebration surrounded by loved ones – we will help you turn your dreams into reality!
At your service – a spacious banquet hall for 50 guests. Accommodation for 40 people. Catering, delicious dishes, table and chair decoration! A gift for the newlyweds – wedding dance lessons! A secluded farm, surrounded by a lake and a pond, in an impressive corner of nature!
We offer banquet hall and cabin rental for birthdays, christenings, wedding anniversaries, anniversaries, New Year's Eve and other celebrations that are important to you. We will take care of catering, accommodation and excellent service throughout the celebration.
On Fridays, there is a discount on homestead rentals - up to 50%!
Holiday cottages rental
You can choose one of 4 holiday cottages according to your needs. Each cottage accommodates a different number of holidaymakers, so the prices of the cottages vary.
We also offer catering services to vacationers, and if you want to cook for yourself, each cottage has a kitchenette.
LUX studio suite for two with a separate entrance from the yard
Recreation for two. A new double studio suite with all amenities, furnished in 2020. In one space there is a mini living room, kitchenette (dishes, cutlery, etc.), refrigerator, shower, WC.
Timber house for 2-6 persons “Twin on The Hill No.1”
Recreation for 2-6 persons with all conveniences and a beautiful panorama of Keršis lake. Near the house there is children’s playground, garden furniture, fireplace and car parking. The purpose of the house is quiet, relaxing, romantic, family recreation.
The house has 3 rooms, kitchen (crockery, cutlery, fridge, etc), WC (water heater, shower, toilet, sink, including heated floor), TV, VCR with video collection, books, chess, board games, terrace, balcony and fireplace.
Timber house “Twin on The Hill No.2”
Recreation for 2-8 persons with all conveniences and a beautiful panorama of Keršis lake. Near the house there is children’s playground, garden furniture, fireplace and car parking. The purpose of the house is quiet, relaxing, romantic, family recreation.
The house has 3 rooms, kitchen (crockery, cutlery, fridge, etc), WC (water heater, shower, toilet, sink, including heated floor), TV, VCR with video collection, books, chess, board games, terrace, balcony and fireplace.
Holiday apartment with a separate entrance from the yard
Apartment for up to 10 persons. 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, TV, refrigerator, WC (shower, sink, toilet), large terrace.
Bathhouse
Heating in sauna relaxes and cleanses your body, helping to recuperate. After soaking, you can plop into the lake. In addition – sauna is an excellent way to communicate and spend leisure time with friends and family. Bath service is available only to homestead „Svajoniu Dvaras“ guests, who order it in advance.

- Archery. For lovers of exceptional entertainment, “Svajonio Dvaras” offers to test your aim by shooting from a bow. We train those who do not know how, conduct briefings, practical lessons, and organize competitions. Archery is an interesting, exclusive entertainment, suitable for corporate celebrations, bachelor parties, etc. You can shoot alone or compete with friends and relatives.
- Fishing in the lake. There is a footbridge on the shore of the homestead. Boats for rent.
- Swimming in the lake.
