We look forward to seeing You in our spacious countryside homestead "Zhelvyne". It is located in one of the most beautiful places on the lake shore, near the Museum of Ethnocosmology and Observatory (3.5 km).

There are 4 buildings:

- Banquet hall with bedrooms;
-  The family house with sauna;
-  A house, built directly on the lake water with bedrooms and a sauna - after sauna youmay jump to the lake to refresh yourself;
-  Cozy, comfortable apartments.

The homestead is in a unique place surrounded by the lake. There is a big campsite. Territory of the homestead - 6,5 ha.

We can accommodate up to 100 people for celebrations.

For your comfert and entertainment: an arbor, basketball, football, volleyball, fireplace, young forest is already rich in goods (berries, mushrooms).

Prices:

    Family house - from 50 EUR (here pets are allowed).
    Cottage on the water - 150 EUR (8-12 people) (pets are allowed).
    Banquet house - from 400 EUR.
    Apartments - from 120 EUR.
    The whole estate for rent - from 600 to 1200 EUR.
    Sauna - from 30 EUR.
    Japanesse large outdoor hot tub - 80 EUR.
    New Year's Eve price (banquet house and bathhouse) - 870 EUR.
